Take a chana wash and soak at 6 hours.
After 6 hours boil chana with salt.
Take a bowl put msida,salt,oil mix snd makea dough.
Take a mixing bowl put grated paneer,coriander,salt,red chilli and ajwain mix.
Take a wok add oil then put garlic saute then add gi ger and onion saute then add all spies and chanaix and mash cook for mixed.
Then take a wok add 2 cups of oil then oil heat take a maida dough ball roll and stuff paneer and seal and roll for rolling pin and fry for both dides.
Then serve poori,chana,pickle and onion.
